Prices are given in GBP. Items will be deemed ready for shipping when payment has been received. Payment shall only be deemed to be effected when we have access to the amount.
We cannot not be responsible for excessive deliverty times once products have been shipping. Any losses or delays will be be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected postal service or courier. Refunds will be given for products returned in a reasonable time period and in ‘as new’ condition, or if a product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs for returns unless this is specifically agreed prior to returning the item. You warrant to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:
(a) delivery of the products; and
(b) receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products.

(a) any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
(b) the unavailability of raw materials, components or products, and/or
